Housed in a former hop-drying plant in Žalec, this hands-on museum tracks hops from 1876 seedlings to today’s craft beers: rub dried cones, watch harvesting machinery, taste local brews and finish with a token pour at the Green Gold Beer Fountain in the nearby park.
