Oplen House in Studor was opened to the public in 1991. It is a traditional Bohinj farmhouse of the combined type, uniting living and utility spaces under one roof. It is one of the few houses where one can still fire the hearth of the traditional “black kitchen.” The building is constructed of masonry and wood. The access via the bridge to the raised granary is routed past the residential area, which is a typical feature of Bohinj.
