Inside Ljubljana’s only preserved Renaissance castle, models, drawings, photos and prototypes trace Slovenian architecture and industrial / graphic design from the 20th century to today. MAO stages the world’s oldest design biennial, BIO (since 1964), and enlivens the courtyard with talks, maker workshops and summer events beside the Ljubljanica River.
