Perched at 1 500 m in the Kamnik-Savinja Alps, Snežna Cave drops visitors into a frozen wonderland of ice columns, crystal curtains and snow-white chambers. At 630 m long and 70 m deep, it is Slovenia’s highest show cave; summer tours (June–September) swap mountain sunshine for a constant 0 °C chill that preserves its natural sculptures.
