Jakopič Gallery

Tucked beneath Edvard Ravnikar’s modernist plaza on Slovenska Street, the 900 m² Jakopič Gallery has been Ljubljana’s leading stage for contemporary art and photography since 1988. Part of the Museum and Galleries of Ljubljana, it mounts ambitious shows—often large‑scale photographic retrospectives—accompanied by talks, workshops and guided tours that invite the public to see the world through fresh lenses.
